Return Policy for Flush-M™

General Return Policy

• Customers may return any item purchased from Flush-M™ within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@Flush-M.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will send a replacement or offer a full refund.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  
• We will not refund the cost of Shipping - only the items purchased are subject to refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
